EBRD

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is an international financial institution established in 1991 to support market economies in the countries of Central Europe and Central Asia.

It has been a shareholder of the Bank since 2003. EBRD is a large investor in the region, and in addition to allocating its own funds, it attracts significant direct foreign investments. It shareholders are 61 countries and two intergovernmental organisations.
