CAIC

Central Asian Investment Company (CAIC) is a Kazakh holding company through which the management of the Bank owns shares in the Bank.

Mr. N.S. Subkhanberdin, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank owns 87.21% of CAIC and Ms. N.A. Zhussupova, CEO of the Bank owns 12.79% of CAIC. 

With the consent of Kazakhstsan’s Agency for Financial Supervision, CAIC and Mr. N.S. Subkhanberdin have an official status of banking holding and are the largest shareholders in the Bank.
