Alnair

Alnair Capital Holding (Alnair) is a private equity business owned by Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Takhnun bin Zaid Al Nahayan.

Alnair has been one of the Bank’s major shareholders since 2008 and together with Alnair Capital LLP has official status as of banking holding. Alnair holds its shares in the form of GDRs, which are included in the total number of shares held by the Central Depositary as nominee.
