The second customer care office of Qazkom of the new format opened in Astana
October 26, 2016, Astana, Almaty - Today QAZKOM opened a new outlet in Astana to service legal entities - №15 /31. It became the second one in a row to present a new format of service for the Bank’s clients. Another new format outlet has been introduced on 21 October, 2016 in Almaty when the Bank has officially announced its re-branding.
Changes in the servicing model is a key element of the new strategy which has been announced by the Bank back in May this year. The new strategy sets as a target a greater penetration to retail and SME businesses together with gradual improvement of quality of service rendered to the Bank's customers.
«I am in no way want to sound presumptuous, but we are keen to want to provide such services that would meet clients’ expectations in a best way - said CEO of QAZKOM Marc Holtzman - In Astana, we were the way behind the network expansion dynamics. We plan to settle the problem with queues via opening several new outlets in Astana. The one we are opening today is tailor made for the needs of entrepreneurs."
The Bank’s strategy to penetrate in SME segment can be evidenced in certain extend by its financial results. Since the beginning of the year Qazkom provided financing to the projects of entrepreneurs for the total amount of KZT 147 billion, which represents 70% of the historical maximum loan book in SME. For instance, back in September the Bank extended KZT 29 billion of SME loans which sets a record in the market. As a result, QAZKOM is a leader in terms of loan disbursements to SME segment.
New outlet is located in the business area of Astana, close to the Watergreen boulevard at 32 Kabanbai Batyr str. 380 square meters with 12 managers, 4 cashiers, and self-service zone are at clients’ disposal. There are specialized banking devices including but not limited to ATM’s, video-banking, auto cashier and payment terminal are available in the self-service area.
The new video-banking provides the full range of banking services from online consultations to funds transfer operations together with cash withdrawals. Auto cashier is a device, which enables such operations as cash deposits and cash withdrawals on and off the current account without the Bank’s employee involvement.
A new format shall be introduced throughout all QAZKOM’s branch network of 238 outlets.
